# Feature Request: Incident Report Flow

## Summary
Allow users to report unsafe interactions or facility issues.

## Screens

## Acceptance Criteria
- User can open an incident report via slash command or button.
- User selects a category and enters details.
- User can attach at least one image.
- Bot confirms submission with an embed/modal and records the report.

## Constraints
- Prototype-first; avoid heavy external dashboards.
- Use Discord-native components.
- Mobile-first.
